The villa has a heated outdoor pool (at an extra charge for the months of April, September and October) with spacious sunbathing areas, 8 comfortable sun loungers, a parasol and a lounge area for relaxing.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a TV corner, seating area and dining table for 8 people. From the living room you have access to two different terraces with marvellous views. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge and coffee machine.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin as well as a separate toilet. This bedroom has access to the terrace and pool. There is also another spacious bedroom with its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. This bedroom has access to the garden terrace via a sliding door.

On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms with access to the balcony, and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.

Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable 2-person box-spring beds from SwissSense.

Enjoy the fresh air on the various terraces, including a covered shaded terrace by the pool (with morning sun) and a large terrace (with shade in the afternoon). Both terraces have a dining table for 8 people. The garden is beautifully landscaped with olive trees.

The villa is within walking distance of the centre with numerous restaurants, shops, bakery and butcher's shop and therefore offers additional comfort for your stay.

There is ample parking for 4 cars behind the villa and a charging station for electric cars is only 400 metres away.

Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited in the building and charging of electric cars is not permitted.
