Located in the picturesque Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. The location is privileged, just 3 minutes from Port Grimaud and 10 minutes from both Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime. Just 800 metres from a beautiful beach, the villa offers an ideal location for a relaxing stay.
The spacious living room consists of a dining room, a cosy lounge and an open-plan kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms in total, each with a private bathroom and WC. There is also a guest toilet. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in all rooms.
The villa's outdoor space is impressive, with large covered terraces, a small outdoor kitchen with a gas plancha (gas not on site) and a 9.5x5m heated swimming pool. The garden also offers a petanque court for hours of outdoor entertainment.
You safety and privacy are also guaranteed, as the villa is on a fenced plot with a secure gate. Here you will experience an exclusive stay amid the beauty of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
