About the property
Located a few kilometres from the centre of Alaró, this beautiful holiday home in Mallorca is the perfect place for a restful holiday. The house can accommodate up to 8 people.
The holiday home has a cosy and original interior, and a rustic look. Inside, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a TV, a dining table, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In the basement, the house also has a cozy sitting area, a large bookcase,a football table, a pingpong table, another bathroom, and access to the garden.
Outside, the house offers a lovely swimming pool from which you can enjoy stunning views over the island. Alongside the pool are sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun. There are also several sitting areas, both covered and uncovered, where you can relax.
If you want to do something outdoors during your stay, there are several possibilities. The house is located at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range where you can take beautiful walks and enjoy nature. At the top of the village of Alaró is Castell d'Alaró, an old castle which offers beautiful views of the area. Mallorca's capital, Palma, is about 30 km from Alaró. Here you can enjoy its rich history, architecture, and shopping opportunities.
