About the property
This holiday home in Mallorca, located a few kilometres from the centre of Marratxi, is the perfect place for a cosy tourist holiday. The house can accommodate up to 8 people.
The house has a colorful and modern interior, and offers everything you need. There is a kitchen with a cooking island, a dining room, a cosy living room with a television and a piano, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the middle of the house, there is a charming little courtyard garden, bringing a lot of natural light into the house.
Outside, the house offers a covered terrace with a dining table and a lounge set, a lovely swimming pool with sun loungers next to it to enjoy the sun, a trampoline, a pond, and a covered terrace with a barbecue and a picnic table.
If you want to do something outdoors during your stay, there are several possibilities. The house is about 10 kilometres from Mallorca's capital, Palma. Here you can enjoy its rich history, architecture and shopping opportunities. There is also a castle in Marraxti, Castell de Son Ferriol.
