About the property
Relax in peace and quiet in this modern holiday home in Sprimont, which can accommodate 8 guests. This wonderful holiday home is located in a small side street in a neighbouring village of Sprimont, guaranteeing peace and quiet. After only 1 kilometre, you are also in a wooded area, where you can enjoy kilometres of walking pleasure.
The holiday home is newly equipped, which gives it a pleasant appearance. You will find a cosy lounge with a comfortable armchair with a foot rest, where you can enjoy your favourite series or sports games in front of the SmartTV. From the armchair, you can also enjoy the warmth of the available fireplace, which is situated centrally in the ground floor. You can also make use of the modern equipped kitchen, which contains everything to prepare you delicious meals. Don't forget to relax outside in the Jacuzzi or from the terrace, which can be covered with an awning.
Upstairs you will find the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms contain a double bed (king and queen size), one bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together or apart, and the last bedroom consists of a sofa bed in front of a flat screen with Playstation 4. You will also find two bathrooms upstairs, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The surrounding area also offers numerous natural activities. This holiday home is located a few metres from a wooded area, where you can visit the Wild World of Aywaille or the beautiful animal and activity park Forestia. The river Ourthe is also not far away, where you can go for lovely walks or kayaking. A city visit to Liège or Spa is also worthwhile. These cities are 20 minutes from the holiday cottage.
