Quiet and very well located villa with pool, garden, bar, and gym nestled among the mountains of Santa Eulalia, Ibiza

This wonderful villa was built in 1923 and later renovated. It boasts 300 square meters, including 5 double bedrooms and six bathrooms. It also features a spacious garden of 114 square meters, a pool, and a fitness area for those who wish to exercise during their vacation. It is situated on a fenced plot of about 30,000 square meters where there are agricultural fields.

Interior of the house:

The 5 rooms of the house are equipped with air conditioning and 3 of them are equipped with an en suite bathroom. All rooms overlook the garden and are connected by a living room, which leads to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, where you can enjoy a meal together.

Exterior of the house:

The villa has an outdoor dining area and a lounge area where you can relax and enjoy mountain views. In the pool area, you will find sun loungers for all occupants of the house, two Balinese beds, and an outdoor shower. There is a barbecue area located at the rear of the house, a gym area, and ample parking space (not covered). You can also enjoy a bar located in the garden, where you can play darts or billiards.

Activities and location:

The nearest beach, Cala Mastella, is just 400 meters from the property. Other nearby beaches, approximately 1.5 km away, include Playa Es Caná, Playa de S’Argamassa, Cala Pada, Cala Martina, and Cala Nova. Visit the Punta Grossa Lighthouse, located 14 km away by car, a highly recommended spot. You can also go hiking on Mount Sa Talaiassa, a prominent location for nature lovers and mountain trails.
