Get away with you large group of friends and family in the Ardennes, in this large holiday home near La Roche-en-Ardenne. This holiday home is located in a small side village and can accommodate 48 guests. These can enjoy numerous activities in the holiday home and also the green surroundings.

Guests in this holiday home can have fun in the beautiful indoor swimming pool (to be used from 9am to 9pm) or relax in the sauna. Outside, you will find a large garden with a petanque court and football pitch, where you can also perform several outdoor activities on the lawn. For those who prefer things quieter, you can relax on a bench, choosing one in the sun or shade. On these benches you can also enjoy meals prepared on the charcoal barbecue. Little guests can also have fun on the small playground.

Inside the spacious holiday home you will find on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bar. You can socialise in the armchairs or play a game at the tables, or have fun at the billiard table where you can enjoy exciting competitions with your party.
On the first floor are the bedrooms. Here you will find eight double bedrooms, three bathrooms and three separate toilets. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. These are:

- 1 room for 5/6 persons
- 5 bathrooms
- 7 separate toilets

You can also use a beautiful seminar room for you meetings, training, seminar or workshop. There are 40 chairs and 14 tables in this beautiful, bright 80 m2 room. You can also use the projector, screen, WiFi, small kitchen with sink and fridge and also relax in the relaxation lounge. You can rent this space for €250.00 during the (long) weekend or for €350.00 during the week or midweek.

This holiday home is situated in a small village near La Roche-en-Ardenne. The garden of the house borders on a wooded area, where you can enjoy kilometres of walking pleasure. The wooded area is a perfect place to relax with your group. We can also definitely recommend a visit to the small town of La Roche-en-Ardenne, where you can visit the castle Féodal de La Roche-en-Ardenne at the top of the hill. We can also recommend a descent of the Ourthe River by kayak, which can provide extreme fun.
