With its incredible 165,000 square meters, you can enjoy numerous outdoor areas, including a swimming pool with loungers, natural shade, and an outdoor shower; a brick barbecue area, which you can use with charcoal from the estate's own trees, and numerous areas for relaxation and landscape contemplation.

There are also various areas where you can dine or have breakfast outside, as well as a covered terrace if you prefer. In total, the estate has 5 terraces.

Location and Extras:

This beautiful estate is situated among fields of olive trees, almond trees, pines, and holm oaks, specifically on the mountain adjacent to Alaró Castle. It is recommended to have your own car to explore the surrounding villages, beaches, etc. It is located 5 minutes from the village of Alaró and about 30 minutes by car from the city of Palma, the eastern and southern beaches, and the airport.

The area offers numerous vineyard routes and wine tastings. There are also many hiking routes and guided tours of historic villages.
