Wonderful rustic villa with a large garden and pool in Manacor, in the eastern part of Mallorca

The interior of the villa:

The house has 6 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, heating and television, as well as a total of 5 fully equipped bathrooms with towels and washing utensils, and 3 additional toilets. The latter are very practical as one is located in the kitchen, one in the lower dining room and another next to the pool, so there is no need to go to your room if you want to use the toilet.

There are two kitchens with everything you need for group meals for up to 12 people. The kitchen on the lower floor has access to the lower dining room and the terrace by the pool. The other kitchen is on the first floor, which also has a dining room and terrace.
There are two leisure rooms with TV, board games, fireplace and more; there is also a laundry room and a garage for 2 cars (there is further parking outside).

Outdoor area:

You won't get bored in the outdoor area with more than 21,000 square metres. Here you will find a spacious garden with an 11x5.50 metre pool with a shallow area for children.

Surrounded by olive trees, palm trees and various fruit trees, there is also an outdoor barbecue area, sun loungers, dining and relaxation areas.

Location:

The house is located inland, more precisely in the village of Manacor. This area is known for its routes between historic villages such as Son Más, Villafranca de Bonany or Son Carrió. As Manacor is only 5 minutes away, you can visit supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

The nearest beach is Porto Cristo, about 15 kilometres away, and just a few kilometres further you will find Cala Petita, Cala Millor and Cala Varques.
The city of Palma is 53 kilometres away and the airport 47 kilometres.
