Interior of the Villa:
The 220-square-meter house has 4 bedrooms, three of which have 2 single beds, and one with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, bedding, and internet access. There are also three bathrooms, all with bathtubs, towels, and hairdryers.
Exterior:
Surrounded by a grassy garden area, there is a private pool measuring 8x4 meters. Enjoy the views of the mountains or the lake and the tranquility of the area while resting on the loungers, share a barbecue with your group, or relax on the outdoor terrace. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook during your stay and enjoy meals with family or friends.
The outdoor parking area is located within the premises. Exiting through the gate, you will have direct access to the Natural Park.

The house, located in Alcudia, is in a perfect spot for nature lovers and bird watchers in their natural habitat. S’Albufera is known for offering this jewel of the island and being so close to the beach, we recommend heading to Sa Marina beach.
The town center is only 1 km away, allowing you to easily shop, enjoy its bars and restaurants, or take cultural visits.
Both Palma city and the airport are approximately 60 km away.
