Interior:

The 280-square-meter house has 5 bedrooms, four of them with two single beds and one with a double bed, all with bedding. All have an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

There is a living room with sofas and armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area located between the pool and the kitchen, where you can eat while enjoying the views of the mountains. The house also has air conditioning and heating.

Exterior:

Here you will find an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying a barbecue with your group. Enjoy the private pool, surrounded by a covered sunbed area and others under the sky, and another chill-out area where you can relax while contemplating the nature of the area.

Two of the bedrooms have an outdoor balcony, ideal for enjoying a coffee or a refreshing drink while watching the sunrise or sunset.

In the village where this villa is located, in Moscari, you can buy everything you need for your meals or personal belongings, as well as enjoy its restaurants and gastronomy.

We recommend visiting the Campanet caves, a true gem of the island of Mallorca. You can also visit some nearby villages such as Selva, Campanet, or Binibona, all of them approximately 3km away.

Both the city of Palma and the airport are around 45km away. The nearest beaches are approximately 20km away; we especially recommend Playa de Muro or Alcudia beach.
