Villa with private pool and garden, surrounded by nature, in Campos, Mallorca

A house of typical old construction from the island of Mallorca, modern on the inside, located on a 3,500 square meter plot, of which 170 square meters make up the two L-shaped houses that constitute this beautiful and well-maintained rural villa.

Interior:

With a capacity for 8 people, it has 5 bedrooms, three of which have double beds and the other two have two single beds each. There are 4 bathrooms, 3 of which have showers and hairdryers, and one with a bathtub. All rooms have direct access to the main patio where the pool and terrace areas are located.

Enjoy the peace of the place in its two living rooms with armchairs and sofas, and also enjoy pleasant group meals in one of its two dining areas. There is a kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals for and with your group, and several dining tables. A crib and a high chair are also included during your stay.

Exterior:

In its large grounds, the highlight is the swimming pool area, which measures no less than 7m x 4m, surrounded by loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. There are numerous terraces and resting areas (some covered and some open-air), as well as play areas for all ages, including a ping-pong table, playground, and more.

You can also enjoy a wonderful barbecue, built into a stone wall, with beautiful views while cooking outdoors. The parking area is located within the property.

Location:

Located just 500 meters from the village of Campos, where you can shop if you wish, it offers a privileged place for lovers of tranquility and relaxation. The nearest beach is about 11km away, and we recommend visiting Es Trenc beach as well as the Mondragó Natural Park.

Both the city of Palma and the airport are approximately 35 kilometers away.
