Country house of 100 square meters in Pollensa, located within the Sierra de Tramuntana, an ideal place for nature lovers, hiking and mountain routes, and a bit further away from the town, white sandy beaches with crystal-clear water.

Interior:

The house has two rooms, each about 15 square meters; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a kitchen, not very large, as the house's capacity is for 4 people, but it is equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals with your group, and a dining table.
The kitchen has direct access to one of the outdoor terraces. There is also a living room with two sofas and a television. If you are traveling with children, a crib and a high chair will be available during your stay.

Exterior:

Here you will find the 7m x 3m pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the outdoor terrace, with full views of the mountains and lush nature, there is a stone barbecue area, very convenient as the outdoor dining table is just a few meters away.

With its 2,500 square meters of land, you can unwind under the fruit trees, observe and taste the products from the garden, and enjoy the views. The parking area is within the grounds.

The village of Pollensa is only 3 kilometers away, where you can shop, visit its monuments and streets, dine in its restaurants, and experience the island's rural life.

Due to its proximity to numerous natural spots in the north, Pollensa offers beautiful beaches and coves such as Cala Murta, Cala Figuera, and Cala Bóquer, a true jewel of Mallorca. If you enjoy mountain routes, we recommend the well-known La Serell path, which allows you to explore the mountains of the Sierra.

Both the city of Palma and the airport are about 58 km away.
