About the property
Country villa on a 15,000 square meter estate in the heart of the countryside, just 2 kilometers from Benisalem, in the center of the island. From almost every point of the villa, you can enjoy the beautiful views of Pla de Mallorca and the Sierra de Tramuntana.
Interior:
The 150 square meter house with centralized air conditioning features 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. All rooms are also air-conditioned, with en-suite bathrooms and double beds. In addition to the three mentioned bathrooms, there is another one in the common areas of the house. For those traveling with babies, a crib and a high chair are provided during your stay.
You have access to a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils and cookware to enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with family or friends. The open kitchen connects directly to the cozy living room, which includes a dining table, armchairs, a sofa, and a television.
Exterior of the property:
Enjoy a refreshing swim in the 9m x 3.5m pool, surrounded by a sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas, all set within an impressive expanse of lawn. The 50m2 terrace offers the option to relax on its chairs and dine in the same area.
You can organize an outdoor meal thanks to the large stone barbecue, located right next to the pool. The covered parking area is within the property grounds.
Location:
In the village of Benisalem, a 10-minute walk or about a 3-minute drive away, you can shop, enjoy the village’s services, and taste the local wines, known for their Denomination of Origin in several wine-producing regions.
Being in the middle of the island, the nearest beaches are about 25 kilometers away, in the city of Palma, in the Cala Major area. We also recommend visiting the beach of Illetes and Portals Nous. If you are looking for beaches in general, we suggest traveling further and exploring other locations in Mallorca.
The city of Palma is about a 15-minute drive away, and the island’s airport is 20 minutes away.
