About the property
In this wonderful villa with a rustic exterior design and a modern interior, you can enjoy the tranquility of the mountains and the privacy of the rural area of Selva, in Mallorca. It features a 250m² exterior plot and 500m² of interior space.
Interior:
All house facilities are equipped with centralized air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. It has 4 double bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds. There are also four fully equipped bathrooms, one of which is en-suite in the main double bedroom. If you are coming with babies, we can arrange a crib and high chair upon request.
The villa has a spacious kitchen with a large island and everything you need for cooking. Enjoy the tranquility of the house in the main living room, which includes comfortable armchairs, a sofa, television, and a fireplace.
Exterior:
In the outdoor areas, you will find it difficult to choose where to relax, as there are 3 different levels. On the first level, there is a large terrace with a dining table and a charcoal barbecue. On the second level, you will find the saltwater Infinity pool (7m x 8m) and a terrace with sun loungers and hammocks for sunbathing. The next level is a chill-out area, perfect for enjoying the Mallorcan sunsets.
The main terrace has a laundry room with a dryer and a washing machine, as well as a bathroom with a shower. While there is no parking inside the property, as it is an isolated villa, you can park outside without any problem.
Location:
As it is located in a fully rural area, we recommend doing your grocery shopping or any other shopping on your way to the property. The area specifically belongs to the village or town of Binibona, in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, which is ideal for hiking or mountain trails.
We recommend visiting some nearby villages, such as Moscari, Selva, or Caimari. If you head to Inca, you can also do your shopping there and enjoy its bars, restaurants, monuments, etc. Both the airport and the city of Palma are approximately 45km away.
