Welcome to this stunning villa located in one of the most exclusive developments in San Josep de Sa Talaia, very close to Cala Conta beaches. The villa boasts a typical Ibiza style, blending natural stones from the island with modern architectural design. The sunset sea views are breathtaking.

The house features 4 fully equipped bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious, luxurious en-suite bathroom. There is an additional bathroom in the common areas, making a total of 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. For guests with babies, we provide 2 high chairs, a travel cot, pool toys, a padded playpen, and more.
The villa has a beautiful open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a central island that doubles as a breakfast bar, allowing you to cook and enjoy the company of others at the same time.
The incredible living room and dining area are furnished with designer sofas, leather armchairs, a sound system, and Apple TV, all while offering views of the garden and spacious terraces. The villa also includes a wellness center with a spa, fitness room, and jacuzzi.
Exterior:
Enjoy the well-maintained 1000 m² garden, featuring a beautiful 15 x 4 m infinity pool (with optional heating). There are several sunbeds and loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, multiple chill-out zones, and various terraces. You will feel immersed in nature thanks to the numerous Mediterranean trees.
There is a gas barbecue area with all necessary utensils and an outdoor dining area, perfect for group meals.
Location and Extras:
The development, situated on the west coast of the island of Ibiza, has 24/7 security guards to ensure your privacy. Cala Conta beach, one of the most beautiful beaches, is accessible by car or a 20-minute walk. We also recommend visiting these beaches: Cala Escondida, Sa Figuera, Cala Bassa Beach, and Cala Codolar.
Both the airport and Ibiza town are approximately 23 km away.
