The entire house is air-conditioned, suitable for the hottest and coldest months. It has 5 luxury bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and television. In addition to these 5 bathrooms, there is another one in the common areas and two additional toilets.

There are two fully equipped kitchens with a central island and enough utensils for the entire group. From this island extends a table for a smaller group. The main table, which can accommodate everyone, is in the impressive living room with large windows for you to enjoy the views. All cutlery, crockery, appliances, and furniture have been meticulously chosen.

Exterior of the Villa:

In the beautiful exterior, you will find wonderful outdoor common areas, including a uniquely designed pool that mimics a beach with reliefs, a true spectacle. There are several chill-out areas with comfortable outdoor sofas, Balinese beds, loungers, straw beach-style umbrellas, a large garden, and several terraces.

You can also practice sports, as there is a fully equipped gym, a sand multi-sports court, and a pétanque court. You can also have a barbecue for your group in a spacious area. There is also a children's playground and a garage for two vehicles with an electric charging station.

The house is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the island, in Ses Salines, about 7 kilometers from Es Trenc beach, a true gem of the island of Mallorca with its turquoise blue waters and fine white sand. We also recommend visiting some of the other 10-12 paradisiacal beaches, such as Playa des Dolc, Cala Illot, Ses Riqyeres, or Ses Covetes. You can also visit the town of Santanyí, about a 12-minute drive away.
