Welcome to this beautiful villa located in the central part of Pollensa, in Santuiri. Perfect for a small group of friends or family, it offers you the opportunity to disconnect and relax in this rural area of the island of Mallorca.

The house, spanning 167 square meters, has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and bed linens. There are also two fully equipped bathrooms, both with bathtubs, towels, and a hairdryer. You can relax in the living room on its comfortable sofas and armchairs, enjoying the scenery, watching TV, and more.
The villa features an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and all necessary appliances to prepare meals for your group. You can dine in the small, cozy dining area with typical Mallorcan style. A crib and a high chair for babies are also provided during your stay.
Exterior:
Here you can enjoy a pleasant swim in the 10m x 5m pool, which has a shallow section for children. You can access the pool by stepping out of the house and crossing the covered terrace, ideal for dining and relaxing as a group. There is also a barbecue area for outdoor dining, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views and rural surroundings. The garden includes furniture, sun loungers, and umbrellas.
The property is fully fenced and spans nearly 5000 square meters in total. Parking is available within the grounds.
Location:
The property is located in Pollensa, one of the most visited inland areas of Mallorca. It is an ideal spot for hiking, mountain biking, and cycling routes if you wish. In the town, you can shop, visit monuments, and enjoy the bars and restaurants, among other activities.
You can reach the nearest beaches to the house, about 7 kilometers away, where we recommend visiting Playa de Pollensa. If you're willing to travel a few more kilometers, you can visit Playa es Morer Vermell, Playa de Sant Joan, and Playa de San Pere. Nature lovers and bird watchers can visit the S’Albufereta Nature Reserve.
Both the city of Palma and the airport are about 56 kilometers away.
