Quiet villa with pool and garden, located between the beach and nature in Mallorca

Beautiful holiday villa located on the outskirts of Pollensa, in Llenaire, an ideal place to spend a few pleasant days between the sea and the mountains of Mallorca. You won't be bored on its 18,000 square meters of land, with numerous options to relax, spend time with your group of friends and family, and enjoy a unique experience.

Interior of the house:

With a capacity for 8 people, spread over its 280 square meters, we find 4 double bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the other two with a double bed. A crib and a high chair are also available if you come with a baby. All rooms have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes, and two of them have fully equipped en-suite bathrooms. In total, there are 4 bathrooms, the two aforementioned en-suites, and two more in common areas; three of them have bathtubs for you to enjoy a pleasant bath.

There is a spacious living room with an area to dine with your group and a library with numerous books by international authors. There is also a perfectly functioning piano. Ideal in the winter months is gathering in the living room and lighting the wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for your stay.

Exterior:

Here you will find a large garden, featuring a 12m x 4m pool surrounded by areas to sunbathe and enjoy the fresh air. Several loungers and umbrellas are at your disposal to relax in the shade. There are also two terrace areas, one used as a dining area and the other adapted in a chill-out style. The terrace with the dining table has a brick barbecue built into the wall bordering the villa: very convenient and practical. There is also garden furniture and a pool table. The outdoor parking is located within the villa's grounds.

Location:

Situated in a perfect enclave to combine inland nature and the beach, this villa will give you the opportunity to go hiking, visit neighboring villages with great cultural and gastronomic interest, and do not miss visiting the Natural Park of La Albufereta, one of the most visited places on the island, famous for bird watching, migrations, and being surrounded by exotic nature.

The nearest beach, about 6 km away, is Puerto de Pollensa; however, we recommend other beaches a little further away (10-15 kilometers), such as Playa Es Morer Vermell, Playa Sa Font de Sant Joan, and Playa de San Pere.
