About the property
With a plot of 2500 square meters, this villa offers space for 12 guests. An ideal place to relax and spend time with your family or friends.
Interior:
The villa has 6 fully equipped bedrooms. Four of them have a double bed, and the other two have two single beds each. There are 5 bathrooms in total, so two rooms share a bathroom.
The house has two living rooms, the first of which is right by the entrance, with comfortable seating and sofas and a large TV. There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and common areas.
Exterior:
Here you will find numerous terraces, including Balinese beds for sunbathing and relaxing, sun loungers and parasols around the pool, as well as a barbecue and bar area to enjoy al fresco meals. Enjoy the beautiful views of the countryside and the sea while you have a drink, eat with your group or simply relax and watch the beautiful Ibiza sunsets.
There is also parking for 4 cars on the property, and outside you can also easily park in front of the villa.
Location:
The house is only 2 km from San Antonio, where the beach is located, so you won't have any trouble accessing it or dealing with traffic jams. The recommended beaches to visit are: Playa es Pouet, Cala de Bou, and Playa de Sant Antoni.
Both Ibiza town and the airport are about a 20-minute drive away.

Pets are not allowed without prior written permission from the owner.
Upon request, two extra people can be accommodated, bringing the total to a maximum of 14 people.
**IMPORTANT**: These two single beds are smaller than the others and do not offer privacy.
