This 5-bedroom beachfront villa with sea views meets all the requirements for a wonderful beach vacation. Accommodating up to 10 guests, the property spans 652 m² and features 5 well-equipped bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Interior of the Villa
Inside, the villa boasts elegant decor. The living room has large windows that offer beautiful views of the sea and the pool terrace. All the bedrooms allow you to wake up with sea views and enjoy the stunning Balearic Sea landscape. The house is also equipped with air conditioning, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, and an iPad. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with 2 single beds each and one with a double bed and a sofa bed, which can be separated from the double bed by an intermediate door.
Exterior
The villa has three levels of outdoor terraces. The lower level is covered with grass and includes a children's play area. The central terrace features a pool where you can cool off, a shaded dining area, and sun loungers. The top level has a rooftop terrace, perfect for watching the sunset and includes an outdoor barbecue area. Additionally, the pool can be heated optionally (for an extra charge). The middle level has a spacious terrace where you can enjoy a meal or drinks with your group of friends or family.
Location
The villa is near the picturesque marina of Bonaire, where you will find several restaurants, bars, a mini-market, and a diving school. Alcúdia, a short drive away, offers a wide range of dining options, a supermarket, and basic services to make your vacation comfortable and easy. The coastal towns of Port Alcúdia and Port Pollensa are a 10-minute drive away. From the villa, you can see Pollensa Bay and the lighthouse.
There is an access to the sea right in front of the villa, literally a minute away, a true luxury as no vehicle is needed to reach it.
The airport and the city of Palma are about 60 km from the property.
