The villa has a combination of a modern and minimalist interior, but offers everything you could want. The large open-plan living area is the beating heart of the house: high ceilings, a sea of natural light thanks to the imposing windows, and panoramic views over the surrounding fields.

The comfortable lounge area offers a place where everyone can relax and unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen with an cooking island invites cosy cooking sessions, and long evenings at the dining table. The play loft offers the perfect opportunities for competitive or relaxing duels on the table football and pool table.

The house has a total of 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and 1 more separate bathroom with showers, for rinsing off after playing outside or exercising. One of the bedrooms has adaptations, making this house extremely suitable for people with limited mobility.

- Bedroom 1: King-size bed (or 2 single beds 90 x 210). On the ground floor, with en-suite bathroom (wide doorways, adapted bathroom and toilet, no doorsteps, shower chair).
- Bedroom 2: 3 bunk beds (6 single beds 90 x 210) with bathroom en-suite.
- Bedroom 3: King-size bed (or 2 single beds 90 x 210) with bathroom en-suite.
- Bedroom 4: King-size bed (or 2 single beds 90 x 210) with bathroom en-suite.
- Bedroom 5: King-size bed (or 2 single beds 90 x 210) and bunk bed with 2 single beds (90 x 210) with bathroom en-suite.

The villa features a large garden with a green lawn, perfect for organising fun activities with the whole family or for a relaxing day enjoying the sun. The trampoline ensures hours of fun, and the terrace provides the ideal conditions for a cosy and culinary barbecue.

Zwevegem is located in a quiet, rural area in South-West Flanders, close to the French border. The surroundings are perfect for walking and cycling trips, for example along the Bossuit-Kortrijk Canal. Nearby you will find the Provinciedomein De Gavers in Harelbeke, where you can swim, kayak or enjoy a picnic by the water.
A short drive away is Kortrijk, with its cosy centre, the Broeltorens, the Beguinage and numerous shops and restaurants. Thanks to its proximity to France, day trips to cities such as Lille are also easily possible.
