On the first floor, you'll find another living room with a fireplace, perfect for relaxation. This floor includes three additional bedrooms: two with twin beds and access to a private terrace, and one with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort.

The villa features a large private pool measuring 70 m², surrounded by a safe area for children, making it ideal for families. There is also a garden area with outdoor furniture, including tables, chairs, sofas, loungers, and umbrellas, creating a perfect space to unwind while enjoying panoramic views.
