The villa extends over two floors.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a living room. Three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, access to the pool
Bedroom 2: Two single beds
Bedroom 3: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, access to the pool

There are three further bedrooms on the first floor:

Bedroom 4: Two single beds
Bedroom 5: Double bed
Bedroom 6: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, access to the terrace with views of Porto Petro

The spacious outdoor area includes a pool with sun loungers, a covered dining area, a barbecue area and a chill-out area on the roof terrace - ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

The villa is in a quiet but central location. Cala Egos and Porto Petro are only a few minutes away, the beach of Cala Egos is only 800 metres away. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars can also be reached in a short time.
