Nestling in 7 hectares of unspoilt countryside, this gîte combines authentic charm with modern comforts thanks to its preserved stone walls, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. It's the perfect place to get together with family, friends or colleagues and share precious moments.

This unique estate consists of two buildings located just a few metres apart, rented together to accommodate up to 30 people in absolute comfort. With 12 modular rooms, you can adapt the layout to suit your needs: 30 single beds or 12 double beds and 6 single beds.

The main house :

With a capacity of 21 people, it offers 9 bedrooms with private shower rooms, including one family room and one accessible to people with reduced mobility.
You will find :
- A fully-equipped modern kitchen, with an XXL work surface, where you can prepare meals or aperitifs for even more conviviality.
- A large dining room where everyone can find their place around the large wooden table
- A spacious living room with a fireplace and an uninterrupted view of the Ardennes countryside and wildlife: game and birds of all kinds will delight the eyes of young and old alike.
- An indoor swimming pool: the real jewel of the house you can enjoy it whatever the weather, naturally treated without chlorine

The Annexe :

Sleeping 9 people, this building has 3 very spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower and bath) on the first floor.
On the ground floor, you can enjoy a multi-purpose room equipped with:
- Billiards and table football
- Additional television
- Bar area for convivial evenings.

Facilities are also available to accommodate companies wishing to organise teambuilding.
