About the property
Modern new luxury villa with large garden, wellness area and heated pool (01 April to 1 November) in the Ardennes for groups with families with children.
In an excellent location, at the Belgian-German-Luxembourg border triangle, you will find this large vacation villa in the Our valley between the Eifel and the Ardennes.
The building is a luxurious place with a spacious dining room and a nice bar with billiards, a tennis court, foosball, table tennis sauna, infrared cabin, an indoor and outdoor whirlpool.
This villa also offers for weddings, wedding couples, wedding parties a large garden as well as a wedding suite on request.
It is possible to book some more people on request.
It is certainly the ideal place to enjoy the large garden with river (Ulf) and direct access to Ravel 47 (cycling and hiking trail of the old railroad line). A variety of sports and recreational activities for young and old are available.
The atmosphere of the modern bar, the modern, very spacious dining room and the many terraces promise a pleasant stay in any season.
For the winter months there are also indoor activities at the Action Center in Grufflingen. The atmospheric design of the villa, bar and dining room makes it very pleasant to stay on long winter and summer evenings with friends or family.
Catering service is available upon request.
An auxiliary kitchen is available for larger events of any kind.
Teambuilding and company outings will also find here the perfect villa with pool to combine work with vacation.
The East Action & Fun Center is only 5 minutes away and is an experience for all.
A bakery, stores and restaurants are within quick reach in the area.
It is also possible to talk to the owner to buy everything for you so that when you arrive drinks, food and everything you need is on site.
The covered outdoor pool is open from 01.04 to 04.11.
This cottage is mainly considered for family vacations & wedding parties, youth groups are not allowed in this cottage.
