This pretty villa is situated in a most superb position on the Cala Esmeralda with wonderful sea views from the roof terrace. Cala Esmeralda is a beautiful cove located in the resort of Cala D'Or on the Southeastern coast of Mallorca. The villa is only a 10 minute stroll from two lovely beaches and the town centre is also no more than a 12 minute walk away. The heart of this little town is the pedestrian precinct with its boutiques, open air bars, restaurants and cafes. His famous marina is dotted with luxury vessels and large yachts.

The Villa:

The villa was built in the old Ibiza style and recently renovated. The house leads to a short walk through a natural garden, planted with cacti. The entrance leads into the spacious, bright and cozy living and dining room with open fireplace. Patio doors lead out to the pool area and a further private terrace - the perfect place to dine al fresco. There is a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine in the garage.

From the living room you walk into a nice double room with en-suite shower room and access to the terrace and pool area. It has 2 single beds and has a built in wardrobe with safe. Can be darkened with a roller shutter.

Two more bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the living room. The first of these is a smaller double room (2 single beds) with built-in dispensing wardrobe. Can be darkened with a roller shutter.
The second bedroom also has 2 twin beds, private closet and en-suite toilet and wash basin. Both rooms also share a bathroom with shower, single sink and toilet.

On the 1st Floor there is another bedroom with queen size bed, built in wardrobe, access to the upper terrace and can be darkened by curtains. It has a shower room en suite with shower, bidet, toilet and single sink.
The upper floor also has a sofa, and the upper terrace is also furnished.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside the well furnished split-level terraces overlook the 6x4 meters kidney shaped pool, which has a shallow end for children. Steps lead from here up to the roof terrace, which boasts spectacular views of the sea and its just an ideal venue for that private sunbathing.
