Villa Mallorca, near Cala D'Or with Pool

Situation:

This nice villa is conveniently located within five minutes walk of bars, shops, restaurants and the nice sandy beach at Cala Egos. Cala d'Or centre is 2.5 km and offers a pedestrian area with many shops, cafeterias, a wide variety of restaurants and a bustling night life. Cala d'Or boast pretty sandy coves and its lovely marina which is only a short walk from the villa, where your can go for a nice walk along the promenade or eat on the terrace of a restaurant overlooking the moored yachts. You can also practice water sports or play golf at the well-known golf course Vall d'Or Golf only 10 minutes drive.

The villa:
The villa offers space for 6 people and is divided into two areas. On the ground floor is the well-equipped main kitchen with a serving hatch to the dining area. Adjacent to this is the open, bright living area with direct access to the terrace, as well as a bedroom for two people and a shower room. A staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom. The remaining area of the upper floor can be reached via a separate external staircase and a bathroom, a small further lounge area with kitchenette, also equipped with a fridge and hob with oven.

Outdoor:

Outside a lovely terrace surrounds the large pool (8m x 5m), with sun beds where you can sunbathe or relax as well as enjoy a nice meal under the covered terrace . The villa boast also a built-in barbecue and an open poolside shower.

The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 10 € per night each.
