The extra of the house is the outside area. The large terrace and the large pool invite you to linger. The grassy area is very large and is perfect to have a good time. Enjoy the tasty meals in the open air you have prepared on the grill.

Mandelieu is a municipality in the south of France located in the region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, west of Cannes. Shops are just 5km away from the house, the beach just 10km. The nearest airport is in Nice and is located about 40km from the villa.
In Mandelieu you will find everything you need for a dream vacation. Here you will find peace but are located close to the known places of the Côte d'Azur.
