The outside area
The outside area is definitely the highlight of the house. The big garden offers many places where you can relax and enjoy the sun, like for example the large terrace with several sit-areas or a cute, little pavilion. Not to forget are of course the best part of the garden area: the large, private pool and the jacuzzi.

The quiet town of Santa Eulalia, barely 3 km from the villa, is the 3rd biggest city of the island Ibiza.
A leafy path leads down to the seafront promenade bordering the long, family-friendly sandy beach and the town is home to a wonderful array of shops as well as an extensive choice of bars, restaurants and cafés.
Santa Eulalia is a lot more quiet than the other cities of Ibiza, even though there are many populars bars in Santa Eulalia, the nightlife isn't as developed as in Ibiza or in San Antonio.
