This modern holiday home is located in Bütgenbach in the Belgian Ardennes.
The house is situated in a quiet location and offers all the comforts to spend a relaxing holiday.
The house was completely renovated begin 2019 and is thus very modern. The house can accommodate 10 people and is furnished as follows:

On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, the living room with fireplace, a bedroom with shower et WC.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms share a bathroom, the other two have their own bathroom. From 2 of the rooms you have a great view of the surrounding countryside and the lake of Bütgenbach.

Here you will find a laundry room and a relaxation room with sauna, infrared cabin, shower and toilet.
Access to the covered terrace with garden.

Outside there is a garden and a terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi. Here you can relax on summer days as well as in winter in the heated Jacuzzi and enjoy the view.
