The holiday home with outdoor whirlpool sleeps 4-5 persons + 1 baby (not older than 2 years) and is located in Coo, in the Belgian Ardennes.

This holiday region offers several leisure activities from hikes to kayaking, archery, paintball, and much more. This region of Belgium is also well known for mountain bike tours.

- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and bathroom in the room with shower and toilet + mezzanine with a single bed

In the outside area you will find the garden, which has a terrace with garden furniture + sun loungers. A barbecue is also available. In the covered outdoor whirlpool, which is heated all year, you can relax after long walks.

Please note that the fridge is located in the wine cellar (3-4 steps).
There are many small steps and stairs in the house, which are not easy (stairs to the basement, 1 step to the kitchen, 2 steps to the living room, 3 steps to the bathrooms, staircase without handrail to the 1st floor)
The wood is not included in the price. The wood must be provided by yourself.

Grand-Coo is a pretty town near Stavelot, here you will find numerous restaurants, cafés and shops.

The Circuit of SPA Francorchamps is not far (± 15 km).
The beautiful city of Malmedy is just a few kilometers from the house.

The house is located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, where you can take beautiful walks and visit the famous waterfall from Coo.

The park Plopsa Coo and Adventure Coo are in the immediate vicinity.
