The villa is centrally located in the village of Cala D'Or, close to numerous supermarkets, shops, restaurants and other amenities within walking distance.

This spacious villa with antique and modern furnishings was built in the typical Ibiza style of Cala d'Or.
Next to the small, modern kitchen, you will find two bedrooms on the ground floor. One with two single beds, the other with a double bed. The two rooms share a bathroom. From the outside you reach a 2nd bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower.
Via the living/dining area it is possible to reach the terrace on the side.
There is also direct access from the outside area to room with a pool table and another shower. This room leads to the first floor, where you will find three more bedrooms with two single beds each. Two of the rooms have access to the covered terrace. Beside the bedrooms there is also a bathroom on this floor.
Easily accessible from the pool is also the outbuilding, which again contains a bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower.
Children should only enter the roof terrace under supervision.
The house offers air conditioning hot/cold with fixed and limited usage from 18:00 - 19:30 and from 22:00 - 09:00.
The outdoor area :

A 1,200 sqm property awaits you on site, which can also easily be used as a parking lot. The 7.30m long and 3.50m wide pool with a maximum depth of 1.40m is without doubt one of the outdoor experiences. Around the pool there are some sun loungers, which invite you to relax. During the summer months, the hedge around the back of the pool provides privacy. Garden furniture should enable you to eat outside during the warm days.
The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, dishtowels, final cleaning and all ancillary costs (electricity, water, gas).
A first high chair and a first cot (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge. Each additional high chair or cot will be charged at 10 € per night.
