Luxury suite next to the High Fens and near Spa-Francorchamps

This suite offers you a luxurious private space of 90m² + a terrace of 35m² at the foot of the natural reserve of the High Fens.

A multitude of walks and bike rides from the house awaits you, combined with all the necessary comforts on your return.

Take advantage of the relaxation area including an infra-red zone, a shower, a balneo bath facing a window overlooking the meadow at 180°.
This space is located on the first floor where the bed is also located.

A secure room is provided to store your bikes. There you can also recharge your e-bikes.

In the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, coffee machine, hair dryer, bath towels etc.

There is also a cosy area with a sofa and armchairs, overlooking the spacious terrace, with a 70' TV with IPTV access and video prime.

**Please note that babies and children are unfortunately not allowed in this suite.**

YOUR DEPOSIT will be retained IF:

* BARBECUE

*JACUZZI: You will find the relevant instructions in the guest book.
We provide you with a clean hot tub and it is your responsibility to keep it clean until you leave. If it is dirty when you leave, we will keep 50% of the deposit!!

* You can use the parasol over the Jacuzzi except in snow and windy conditions. Close it after each use. We check this after each rental and if you have not followed the instructions and the parasol is broken, we keep 100% of the deposit.
