This beautiful holiday home was renovated in 2021 and completed in October 2021. The holiday home is located in Bütgenbach, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes and can accommodate up to 14 people. You then rent the suite for 4 people, which is located in the same building on the first floor, at the same time as the holiday home. Thus, the building has a total capacity of 18 people.
The modern house has two floors and offers all the comfort you need to forget the stress of everyday life for a while and enjoy a relaxing holiday. In total, this holiday home has 6 bedrooms and bathrooms.
On the ground floor of the house is the beautiful kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary modern kitchen appliances to prepare a perfect meal. There is also a cosy living room and a lounge where you can relax after a busy day and spend the remaining hours of the day.
The tastefully equipped wellness area is also located on the ground floor. An indoor pool awaits you there, as well as a sauna and a shower. In this area you can sit back and relax completely.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. The bedrooms on this floor each have a double bed.
On the second floor are the remaining two bedrooms. These are each equipped with 3 single beds.
The house is a semi-detached house. In the other part of the house there is a suite on the first floor, which you also rent. This suite has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a living area, an equipped kitchen and a large terrace with Jacuzzi.

The holiday home is located in the village of Bütgenbach and offers several leisure activities. For example, the lake in Bütgenbach is only a few kilometres away from the house. There you will find a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities such as kayaking, beach volleyball and much more.
There are also numerous hiking and cycling routes nearby, which are connected by a junction node system.
The town of Malmedy is about 15 kilometres away. There you can find various shopping facilities, as well as a bowling centre.
The famous Formula 1 race track of Spa Francorchamps is only 24 kilometres away from the holiday home. Various races are held on this circuit every month.
For those who like to experience something more, the Eastbelgium Action & Fun Centre in Grüfflingen is just right for you. There you can enjoy various activities such as karting, laser games, 7D cinema, an Escape Room,... This centre is located 27 kilometres from the chalet.
