The villa was newly built in 2021 and offers you a breathtaking view of the bay of Saint-Raphaël.
The luxurious holiday home with sea view and private swimming pool is located only 700 metres from the beach and offers enough space for 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, 1 bedroom with private bathroom with shower and toilet and access to the terrace.
On the first floor are the 3 other bedrooms, 1 bedroom with private bathroom with shower, bath and WC. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a shower room with WC. The 3rd bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, bath and WC.
The bedrooms on the first floor all have a panoramic view of the sea.
In the garden there is a large wooden terrace, an artificial lawn and the heated infinity pool of 8 x 3.50 m with a depth of 160 cm. The pool can be locked if you are on site with small children. The outdoor area also has a gas barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers.
