Holiday home for 6+2 people with private pool in the south of France

This holiday villa is located in Théoule and can accommodate 8 people. The villa is situated on a plot of 1000m2 and is only a 15-minute walk from the sea. You can also reach the town centre with numerous shopping facilities in just 2 km.

The villa consists of 2 floors. On the first floor there is the air-conditioned living room with exit to the terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
On the lower floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and bathroom, as well as an exit to the swimming pool. Two other rooms with double bed also have an exit to the swimming pool. The 4th room has a bunk bed for 2 children (160cm x 80cm). This room has an exit to the garden. On this floor there is a 2nd bathroom with WC. This is the only WC in the house.

The holiday home has 2 garages, which you can use privately.
Outside you have a terrace with a private pool (6m x 3m). Enjoy the great sea view, while having a cosy barbecue with your family - this villa leaves nothing to be desired.

Théoule-sur-Mer is located on the French Mediterranean coast, about 13 km from Cannes and 25 km from Saint-Raphaël.
