It can accommodate up to 8 people and is arranged so that you can enjoy every corner of this beautiful building with its cosy interior, its various outdoor areas (terrace, courtyard, etc.) and its magnificent pool.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room, a spacious dining room and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (hot/cold):

- Bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
- Bedroom with double bed (150x200cm) with mezzanine with 2 single beds (100x200cm), bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Annex:

Via the courtyard, you have access to an annex with a bedroom, also air-conditioned (hot/cold), with a double bed (150x200cm), bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.

Outside:

The outside is laid out for maximum enjoyment, whether with the terrace featuring a barbecue, or via the outdoor swimming pool, which is 6m by 2.5m in size and 1.60m deep, where you'll also find a shower and deckchairs, everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Not far from this superb house, you'll find establishments where you can enjoy regional specialities, such as restaurants, bars and even bakeries.
This region will also surprise you with its cheese-making tradition, with the famous Formatges Grimalt factory, but also with its Mondragó nature park, all within easy reach of the most beautiful beaches in the Santanyí municipality: Caló des Moro and Caló des Màrmols.
