On the first floor, you can find an inviting living and dining room with plenty of space for cosy evenings. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the pool area.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor: the first with a double bed and a private bathroom, the second with two single beds and a private bathroom as well.
There are two further bedrooms on the second floor. One is equipped with a double bed and bathroom and has access to the terrace. The other bedroom has two single beds, a private bathroom and also access to the terrace.

In the private garden, there is a spacious lawn for sunbathing and a barbecue area for cosy evenings outdoors. A highlight is the private pool, which is located at the back of the house, accessible via a few steps from the veranda. The pool terrace is perfect for relaxing hours under the Mallorcan sun.
Whether by the pool, on the veranda or during a walk to the nearby marina - everyone will find the perfect balance between relaxation and activity.
