This beautiful villa on the Cote d'Azur, located in La Croix-Valmer, is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the beach. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

The house:

The recently renovated villa has a cosy and modern interior, and a futuristic look. There is a large open-plan living area with two comfortable seating areas, a dining area, and a spacious fully equipped kitchen.

There are 4 luxurious bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom en suite.

The entire house is air-conditioned and thanks to the many large windows, the house offers plenty of natural light.

The garden:

Outside, the villa offers a well-kept garden and a large terrace. In the centre of the garden is a large heated swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. In addition, the garden features a petanque court.

Adjacent to the house is a (covered) terrace with a lounge set and a dining table. On the first floor there is another large terrace/balcony accessible via the bedrooms.

A gate at the back of the garden allows you to be on the beach within minutes (70 metres).

If you want to do something outdoors during your stay, there are several options. Through a gate at the back of the garden, you can reach the history-rich 'Plage du Débarquement' within minutes, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun and beach bars.

Along the coast and through the mountains are numerous hiking trails. There are several vineyards nearby where you can participate in wine tastings. And of course, you can also explore the centre of La Croix-Valmer, where a market normally takes place every Sunday morning.
