With its large, rectangular bay window, the villa offers an airy and bright atmosphere in summer.

The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired. There is a terrace, a reading corner, garden furniture, a garden with lots of plants, a pool with sun loungers and the promised jetty that will tempt you into the sea.

The beach of Almanarre is particularly well-known and is very popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers due to its ideal wind conditions. The coastal hiking trail that runs around the peninsula invites you to discover the impressive natural surroundings. The region also offers numerous opportunities for hiking and cycling tours to explore the diverse flora and fauna of the surrounding area. The nearby islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant are easily accessible by boat and offer further opportunities for discovery. Other attractions in the area include the Salin des Pesquiers, a salt lake that serves as a habitat for many bird species, as well as the picturesque village of Giens with its narrow streets and lively markets.
All in all, the Giens peninsula offers a perfect mix of relaxation and activity in one of the most beautiful areas of the Côte d'Azur.
