The house is spread over three floors.
On the ground floor is a private garage with space for three cars and direct access to the back garden.

On the first floor you will find a living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen and a large terrace with beautiful views of the hilly surroundings. Two cosy double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a balcony, and a built-in wardrobe, provide a good night's sleep. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub, a separate shower, a sink, a toilet and a hairdryer.

On the second floor is a third bedroom with a large king-size bed, private balcony, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and a dressing room. The en-suite bathroom has a hydromassage bathtub, separate shower, sink and toilet. An extra room is available where children can play.
For added convenience, there is a safe for your valuables. The dining area can seat six people and invites for pleasant meals.

An outdoor kitchen on the veranda with ceiling fan provides extra comfort. The saltwater pool (7.5 m x 3.7 m, 1.45 m deep) invites you to relax with its wide steps and sunshade. An outdoor shower provides refreshment.
The covered terrace offers a stylish dining area with a table and six chairs, while six sun loungers and a barbecue provide fun and relaxation. A lawn and a parking complete the offer - perfect for an unforgettable stay!
