From the terrace you will enjoy the stunning sea view! The house has a surface of 150 m2 on a plot of 950 m2, stunning sea view (180º) and is situated in the urbanization Balcón al Mar in Jávea.
There is a living-room with 3 couches, 1 arm-chair, flat screen TV, radio/CD player and central heating. Shutters and moscito-screens for the windows. Large dining-room, in front of the kitchen, with sliding doors to small balcony and outstanding sea view! In the dining-room is a dining table with chairs, a wicker couch and arm chairs. The villa has an open plan kitchen with ceramic cooker, electric oven, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Several restaurants and a supermarket in the surrounding areas. The distance to the Arenal beach with restaurants, bars and shops is 7 kilometers. Pets are allowed.
