About the property
This villa is situated in the medieval village of Grimaud in Southern France. Grimaud is located directly on the Gulf of St. Tropez in the Maures Mountains. The narrow lanes of the village invite for a stroll, here you can discover interesting buildings from the Middle Ages and enjoy the great scenery. The popular beaches and seaside resorts of southern France are near this villa. In addition, the center of Sainte Maxime is only 3 km away and the popular resort of St Tropez only 7 km away. There are tennis courts and golf courses only 1 km away from the villa.
The new villa can accommodate 8 people and has a living area of 200m² on a total plot of 2300m². The house is very bright and friendly furnished and has high ceilings. It consists of an open kitchen with kitchen island, living room, as well as 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
One of the bedrooms is independent and has its own living room and kitchenette. The entrance to this part of the villa is on the terrace.
The villa is suited for the summer, as well as for the winter, because it has a heating and a cooling system through the floors.
At the outside of the house you will find a large garden with terrace and pool. Relax on the sun loungers beside the heated pool and enjoy the sun of southern France. The summer kitchen with pizza oven allows you to feast some delicious pizzas outdoors.
