This house is situated at the end of a country road in La Font, a rural area. The villa is surrounded by green trees and bushes, which provide the necessary privacy. A little further, you can look at the Tramuntana mountains and enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery. The place is only 1- 2 km away from the town Pollensa, where are several shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The sandy bay of Pollenca and Cala Sant Vincenç are only about 5-6 km away.
