About the property
For those who love the sea but also the peace and the beauty of the hills, this house is the ideal place to relax.
Here you can enjoy your privacy and you are protected from curious looks.
The villa is located on a plot of 10 000 m2 and is easily accessible. The airport of Alicante is located only half an hour by car.
In front of the house there is a large parking and the villa is surrounded by several terraces (partly covered) and a sub-tropical garden.
In the outside area you will also find an outdoor shower and a bathroom with toilet.
An antique door leads into the entrance area of the villa. On the right side there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
On the left side you will find the bright and spacious living room and steps leads into the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen.
On the top floor there is the fourth bedroom and a storage room.
