This beautiful villa is located near the village Santa Gertrudis, right in the heart of Ibiza. It has a private pool and offers enough space for up to 4 people. The beach of San Miguel is only 10 km away and you can also also find many shopping facilities and restaurants close by.

The house is distributed over one floor. Entering, you can find the bright and spacious living/ dining room, as well the big, completely equipped kitchen, that even has a fire place, that brings a cozy atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. The villa also has air-conditioning.
Outside you'll find the large swimming pool, that surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun beds and parasols. There's also a covered terrace, a BBQ and a outside bathroom with shower.

The charming village Santa Getrudis is worth a visit at any time of the day. Galleries, little shops with handcraft and pretty boutiques with fashion and accessories will make you want to shop all day. In the evening, the village square turns, with the warm light of the street lamps, into a promenade, where kids play until late at night while the adults enjoy their dinner or their drink in one of the countless bars.
The landscape that surrounds Santa Gertrudis is characterized by agriculture, mainly fruit- and vegetable-growing, but you'll also be able to find sheep, goats and the only milk cows of the entire island here.
