The apartment is located in a new holiday complex with 8 other apartments, right on the lakeshore and offers you a breathtaking panoramic view over the Lake of Bütgenbach.

The family-friendly facility was opened in October 2015.

The luxuriously furnished apartment offers you every comfort and leaves nothing to be desired to spend a relaxing holiday in the Belgian Ardennes.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people on a living space of 49 m2.

There is:

-- 1 living room with sofa and fold-out bed
-- 1 dining table that offers place for 4 people
-- 1 small kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, Senseo coffee machine, stove with ceramic hob and oven.
-- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
-- 1 bedroom with double bed or two single beds

In the outside area you will find the balcony with a magnificent view over the lake.

The indoor swimming pool, the sauna, the infrared cabin, the fitness room, the large game room with air hockey and games machines and the pool room from the resort can be used by the guests without charge.

The swimming pool and wellness area are daily open from 9am to 7pm.
After 7pm the spa and the swimming pool can be booked for private use for a small fee.
