The beautiful house, located in Petit Coo in Stavelot, in the Belgian Ardennes has every luxury and comfort.

The Circuit of SPA Francorchamps is not far (± 15 km).
The beautiful city of Malmedy is just a few kilometers from the house.
The house is located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, where you can make beautiful walks and visit the famous waterfall from Coo.
The park Plopsa Coo is in the immediate vicinity.
