The new apartment is located in Coo, close to the leisure park and offers enough space for 7 people and 1 baby.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired to spend a relaxing stay in the Belgian Ardennes.
On the ground floor is the dining room and the kitchen. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and the cozy living room with small bar. On the second floor you will find the third bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment offers you all the comforts to spend a relaxing stay in the Belgian Ardennes.
Please note that there is no direct access to the terrace from the house. The terrace is accessible through the outdoor area and is located next to the house

Malmedy, famous for its historic center, is only 30 minutes away from the apartment. Here you will find many bars and restaurants.
The apartment is just 15 km from the Spa Francorchamps circuit.
The tourist tax has to be paid in cash upon arrival. The energie costs and the cleaning costs have to be paid with the rental amount in advance.
